Clean Photo: Clean Storage · The Nest Art Company Limited

📋 By downloading or using Clean Photo, you agree to these Terms of Use. This document also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) required by Apple for App Store distribution.

Effective date: May 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clean Photo: Clean Storage ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

The Nest Art Company Limited ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

Clean Photo is available in three tiers. All users have access to all scan types; the difference is the deletion limit within Advanced Scan results.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscription

Clean Photo offers an annual subscription ("Clean Photo Pro — Annual") that unlocks unlimited deletion from Advanced Scan results. The following disclosures are required by Apple:

Subscription name: Clean Photo Pro — Annual

Price: $1.99 per year

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of $1.99/year.

How to cancel: Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Clean Photo Pro, then tap Cancel. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when a subscription is purchased before the trial ends.

7. One-Time Purchase (Lifetime)

Clean Photo also offers a one-time purchase of $9.99 ("Clean Photo Pro — Lifetime") that unlocks the same Pro features permanently with no recurring charges. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any of your personal devices via Settings → Restore Purchase at no additional cost.

8. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Developer does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

9. Photo Deletion

Clean Photo allows you to delete photos from your device. Deleted photos are sent to your iPhone's Recently Deleted album and permanently removed after 30 days. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any deletion. The Developer is not responsible for any loss of photos resulting from use of the App. We strongly recommend backing up your photo library before performing bulk deletions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of The Nest Art Company Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

11. Apple's Role

These Terms are concluded between you and The Nest Art Company Limited — not between you and Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, and consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Nest Art Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or photos, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

14. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
