Does Clean Photo upload my photos to the cloud?
No. All scanning and analysis runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision AI. Your photos never leave your iPhone.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
Will deleted photos go to Recently Deleted?
Yes. Photos deleted through Clean Photo go to your iPhone's Recently Deleted album, where they stay for 30 days before being permanently removed.
Does it work with iCloud Photos?
Clean Photo works with your local photo library on your iPhone. If iCloud Photos is enabled, deletions will sync to iCloud as well.
What is the difference between Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime?
